Our Best Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Chicken Breast/Steak Cubed
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Onion Powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - Cayenne
  5. - Salt & Pepper To Taste
  6. 1 cups - Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Grated
  7. 2 tablespoons - Salsa
  8. 1 tablespoons - Chipotle Aioli
  9. 2 - Tortillas

Directions:

Cook chicken or steak on a pan and spice with onion, garlic, cayenne, salt & pepper.
Drain meat and transfer to cutting board. Cube or strip.
Heat up griddle to 350 degrees.
Fill half of tortilla with chicken/steak, cheese, salsa & chipotle mayo.
Toast on both sides and serve with sour cream, guac & queso.
