Chinese Ribs

Ingredients:

  1. 6 pounds - meaty pork or beef ribs left whole
  2. 1 cups - soy sauce
  3. 1 cups - orange marmalade
  4. 2 tablespoons - fresh ground ginger
  5. 3 cloves - garlic minced or pressed

Directions:

Make the marinade by mixing together marinade ingredients. Lay ribs in the mixture.

Turn them every 1/2 hour for 3 hours.

Put the ribs in a roasting pan and roast them at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, basting them every 20 minutes with the marinade.

When done, cut into single ribs.

Pass remaining marinade.
