Chinese brisket stew

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 kilograms - brisket chunks.
  2. 5 cloves - garlic smashed
  3. 1 whole - ginger root grated
  4. 6 tablespoons - oyster sauce
  5. 1 cups - water to cover
  6. 2 tablespoons - thick black soya sauce to colour
  7. 1 teaspoons - salt to taste

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into slow cooker for 4 hrs high or 8 hrs low.
Can substitute 5 tbsp Grated ginger in bottles instead of freshly grated.
Add enough water to just cover 2/3 level.
