Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 kilograms - brisket chunks.
- 5 cloves - garlic smashed
- 1 whole - ginger root grated
- 6 tablespoons - oyster sauce
- 1 cups - water to cover
- 2 tablespoons - thick black soya sauce to colour
- 1 teaspoons - salt to taste
Directions:
Put all the ingredients into slow cooker for 4 hrs high or 8 hrs low.
Can substitute 5 tbsp Grated ginger in bottles instead of freshly grated.
Add enough water to just cover 2/3 level.
