Chilli Paneer (Restaurant Style)

Ingredients:

  1. 200 grams - Paneer Cubed
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Red Chilli Powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper Powder
  4. - Salt To Taste
  5. 1 tablespoons - Cornflour
  6. - Water As required
  7. - Oil To Fry
  8. 2 tablespoons - Soya Sauce
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Red Chilli Sauce
  10. 1/2 tablespoons - Black Pepper Powder
  11. 2 tablespoons - Tomato Ketchup
  12. 1/4 tablespoons - Sugar
  13. 2 1/2 tablespoons - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder For Color
  14. - Water As Required
  15. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  16. 3 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Finely Chopped
  17. 3 pieces - Green Chillies Sliced
  18. 1 pieces - Onion Square Slices
  19. 1 pieces - Green Capsicum Square Slices
  20. 1 cups - Spring Onion - White
  21. 3 tablespoons - Spring Onion - Green
  22. - Salt To Taste
  23. 2 tablespoons - Cornflour Slurry
  24. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Vinegar
  25. 1 tablespoons - Sesame Seeds
  26. - Sesame Seeds
  27. - Spring Onion - Green

Directions:

Take Paneer Cubes in a bowl and add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and cornflour and mix. Now add a little water and mix it properly.
Now fry the paneer in hot oil till golden brown.

Sauce Mixture-
Mix Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Black Pepper Powder, Tomato Ketchup, Sugar, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (mixed with water).

Grease a Pan with some oil. Add Ginger and Garlic and saute.
Now add Green Chillies, Onion and Capsicum and saute.
Now add Sauce Mixture and add spring onion whites and mix it together.
Now add prepared Paneer and mix well.
Now add spring onion greens, salt and cornflour slurry and mix together.
Add vinegar and sesame seeds.
Serve and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
