  1. 16 ounces - Velveeta cheese
  2. 1 cans - 15 oz. no-bean chili
  3. 1 cups - milk
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - ground cumin
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - ground cayenne pepper
  6. 4 teaspoons - chili powder


Cut Velveeta into one-inch cubes and place in medium microwave-proof bowl.

Microwave on high for 90 seconds and then stir. Add milk, cumin, cayenne and chili powder. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds (don't allow milk to bubble over bowl); stir well again.

Stir in chili and microwave again for 60-90 seconds until cheese is thoroughly melted and all ingredients are well combined.

Enjoy with your favorite dippers - tortilla chips, tortillas, crackers, or veggies.
