Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - Ground beef 80 or 90 percent - 80 will taste better
  2. 2 cups - Diced onions
  3. 2 cloves - Garlic
  4. 1 cups - Diced green peppers
  5. 3 stalks - Celery
  6. 1 packages - McCormick mild chili mix
  7. 4 cups - One large can crushed organic tomatoes Should equal four cups
  8. 4 tablespoons - Cold water
  9. 2 tablespoons - Salt
  10. 2 teaspoons - Sugar
  11. 2 teaspoons - wosterchier
  12. 2 cans - Joan of Ark -kidney beans Medium size like a normal soup can May use one can of light color kidney beans and one can of dark color kidney beans

Directions:

Brown the hamburger and then add all of that to the pan after it is brown and sauté until onions are clear

Add chili mix items- into pot

Just keep hot until boils one hour or hours on low heat.
