Chili Cheese Squares

  1. 2 pounds - aged cheddar cheese grated
  2. 2 cans - 4 oz. green chilies drained (reserve juice)
  3. 1 dozen - eggs well beaten
  4. 2 tablespoons - chili juice


Spread 1/2 of cheese on bottom of greased 9-x-13-inch pan. Place green chilies on top.

Add other 1/2 of cheese. Mix eggs together with chili juice, and pour over cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into bite size squares and spear with pick for serving.
