Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground beef
- 1/2 cups - chopped onion
- 16 ounces - kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces - tomato sauce
- 14 1/2 ounces - stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons - chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 2 cups - cooked noodles
- - Shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese optional
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in noodles; heat through. Top with shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese, if desired.
