Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - hot sausage
- 1 - large onion diced
- 6 teaspoons - chili powder
- 2 teaspoons - ground cumin
- 30 ounces - tomato sauce
- 60 ounces - light red kidney beans including liquid
- 1 1/2 cups - water
- 30 ounces - chili beans
- 30 ounces - diced tomatos
- 1 cans - V8 or tomato juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
Directions:
In large saucepan over med heat crumble and cook sausage and onion until sausage is brown. Add chili powder, cumin, and garlic and stir for 2 mins. add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 mins.
