Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - hot sausage
  2. 1 - large onion diced
  3. 6 teaspoons - chili powder
  4. 2 teaspoons - ground cumin
  5. 30 ounces - tomato sauce
  6. 60 ounces - light red kidney beans including liquid
  7. 1 1/2 cups - water
  8. 30 ounces - chili beans
  9. 30 ounces - diced tomatos
  10. 1 cans - V8 or tomato juice
  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder

Directions:

In large saucepan over med heat crumble and cook sausage and onion until sausage is brown. Add chili powder, cumin, and garlic and stir for 2 mins. add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 mins.
