Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Ground Beef or shredded roast beef
- 1/2 whole - Onion
- 1 cans - Pinto, Black or Red Beans
- 1 cans - Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 cups - Catsup
- 1/2 cups - Water
Directions:
Cook the ground beef (and/or shredded roast beef) and onion until browned; drain grease. Add beans, chili powder, tomato sauce, salt, catsup, and water. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes, or until it reaches the right thickness (add water as needed to achieve desired thickness).
