Number of Servings:

Ingredients:

  1. 7 tablespoons - Butter
  2. 7 tablespoons - Sugar
  3. 1 - Egg beaten
  4. 7/8 cups - Flour
  5. 1 cans - Condensed Milk
  6. 7 tablespoons - Butter
  7. 7 tablespoons - Sugar
  8. 1 - Egg beaten
  9. 7/8 cups - Flour
  10. 1 cans - Condensed Milk

Directions:

Cream together butter and sugar; add egg and flour and mix well. Drop by scant teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Pat with floured fingers into thin little circles (quarter to half dollar size). Bake at 325° for 10-12 minutes, until just starting to brown around edges.
Sandwich two cookies together with cooked condensed milk. To cook condensed milk, place entire, unopened can in a large saucepan, cover with water. Bring to boil and simmer about 2 hours. This turns it into caramel.
