Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Yellow Moong Dal Soaked Overnight and Crushed
- 2 tablespoons - Semolina
- 3 tablespoons - Rice Flour
- 1/4 cups - Curd
- - Water As Required
- 2 tablespoons - Coriander
- - Salt To Taste
- pinchs - Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Oil
- 2 tablespoons - Onion
- 1 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Chili Paste
- 1 pieces - Tomato Chopped
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- 2 tablespoons - Schezwan Chutney
- 1/2 cups - Soya Granules
- 2 tablespoons - Green Peas Boiled
- 2 tablespoons - Potatoes Boiled and Grated
- 2 tablespoons - Coriander
- 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- - Oil To Pan Fry
- - Salad To Serve
- - Mayonnaise To Garnish
- - Tomato Ketchup To Garnish
Directions:
For Chila
Combine dal, semolina, rice flour and curd and mix. Add water to the mixture as required.
Now rest it for 15-20 minutes.
Afterwards, add water as required.
Add coriander, salt and turmeric and mix together.
For Stuffing
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions, ginger garlic chili paste, tomato, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder and chutney and cook together. Now add soya granules and peas and mix together.
Now add potatoes, coriander and lemon juice and cook.
Rest till room temperature.
For Assembling.
Heat oil in a pan. Clean with a tissue.
Now add batter for chila. Grease with oil and cook chila on both sides.
Now add stuffing and make a parcel.
Serve Hot.
