Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Yellow Moong Dal Soaked Overnight and Crushed
  2. 2 tablespoons - Semolina
  3. 3 tablespoons - Rice Flour
  4. 1/4 cups - Curd
  5. - Water As Required
  6. 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  7. - Salt To Taste
  8. pinchs - Turmeric Powder
  9. 1 teaspoons - Oil
  10. 2 tablespoons - Onion
  11. 1 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Chili Paste
  12. 1 pieces - Tomato Chopped
  13. - Salt To Taste
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  15. 1/4 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  16. 2 tablespoons - Schezwan Chutney
  17. 1/2 cups - Soya Granules
  18. 2 tablespoons - Green Peas Boiled
  19. 2 tablespoons - Potatoes Boiled and Grated
  20. 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  21. 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  22. - Oil To Pan Fry
  23. - Salad To Serve
  24. - Mayonnaise To Garnish
  25. - Tomato Ketchup To Garnish

Directions:

For Chila
Combine dal, semolina, rice flour and curd and mix. Add water to the mixture as required.
Now rest it for 15-20 minutes.
Afterwards, add water as required.
Add coriander, salt and turmeric and mix together.

For Stuffing
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions, ginger garlic chili paste, tomato, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder and chutney and cook together. Now add soya granules and peas and mix together.
Now add potatoes, coriander and lemon juice and cook.
Rest till room temperature.

For Assembling.
Heat oil in a pan. Clean with a tissue.
Now add batter for chila. Grease with oil and cook chila on both sides.
Now add stuffing and make a parcel.
Serve Hot.
