Chicken with Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  2. 1 cans - cream of celery soup
  3. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 1/2 cans - water
  5. 1 cups - chicken broth or stock
  6. 1 1/2 pounds - chicken pieces
  7. 1 3/4 cups - rice uncooked
  8. - salt and pepper

Directions:

Combine all 3 cream soups with 1-1/2 soup cans of water in a 13-x-9-inch baking pan and mix well. Add rice and chicken broth or stock to this mixture and stir again.
Salt and pepper chicken pieces and place on top of rice and soup mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° F for 2-3 hours. Remove foil for last 10-15 minutes of cooking to allow chicken to brown a bit.
