    To reduce the amount, you can cut most of the ingredients in half and adjust the amount of chicken and pasta needed to make the casserole. The recipe is even easier to make if you use precooked chicken from grocery store.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 whole - Lrg. Onion Diced finely or minced
  2. 1 whole - Lrg. Bell pepper Diced finely or minced
  3. 1 cans - 6-oz. Sliced mushrooms
  4. 1 sticks - Margarine
  5. 1/2 pounds - Grated cheddar cheese
  6. 2 cans - Cream of mushroom soup
  7. 1 cans - 15-oz. Tomato sauce
  8. 1 cans - Rotel tomatoes & chiles
  9. 1 whole - 1-2 Whole Chickens Deboned
  10. 24 ounces - Cooked spaghetti

Directions:

1. Saute together onion, bell pepper, can of sliced mushrooms and the stick of margarine.

2. Add to the mixture the grated cheese, cans of cream of mushroom soup, tomato sauce and Rotel tomatoes and chiles. Stir until thoroughly combine.

3. While preparing mixture, cook pasta. Drain and combine with the chicken and the mixture. Place in large casserole. Bake at 325 for 45 min.
