Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - cooked diced chicken
  2. 2 - Granny Smith apples cut into chunks
  3. 2 cups - walnuts chopped
  4. 3 stalks - celery chopped
  5. 3 tablespoons - lemon juice
  6. 5 tablespoons - Mayo or Miracle Whip
  7. 27 - grapes cut in half
  8. 2 teaspoons - sugar
  9. 2 teaspoons - honey
  10. 1 teaspoons - Essence seasoning
  11. 1/2 cups - vanilla yogurt
  12. 1/4 cups - diced red onion

Directions:

1. Toss diced chicken, apple chunks, walnuts, onion, celery, and lemon juice together in a large bowl.

2. Whisk vanilla yogurt, salad dressing, and mayo together in a separate bowl; pour over the chicken mixture and stir to coat.

3. Gently fold the grapes into the salad.
