Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups - Cooked Chicken
  2. 3/4 cups - Long Grain White Rice
  3. 1 ounces-fluid - Taco Seasonings
  4. 1 3/4 cups - Water
  5. 8 ounces-fluid - Tomato Sauce
  6. 1 whole - Tomato
  7. 1/3 cups - Green Onion
  8. 8 whole - Tortillas

Directions:

In a large skillet, place chicken, rice, seasonings, water, and tomato sauce. Bring mixture to boil, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add tomato and green onion. Place 1/2 cups of filling in each tortilla and serve with optional garnishes.
