Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:

  1. - Kosher Salt
  2. - Black Pepper
  3. - Olive Oil
  4. - Flour for dusting
  5. 1 - Egg with Splash of Milk for egg wash
  6. 1 cups - Bread Crumbs
  7. 1 - Chicken Breast, 8 oz pounded to 1/2" thickness
  8. 1 cups - Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  9. 10 ounces - Tomato Sauce
  10. - Kosher Salt
  11. - Black Pepper
  12. - Olive Oil
  13. - Flour for dusting
  14. 1 - Egg with Splash of Milk for egg wash
  15. 1 cups - Bread Crumbs
  16. 1 - Chicken Breast, 8 oz pounded to 1/2" thickness
  17. 1 cups - Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  18. 10 ounces - Tomato Sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Dust the chicken with flour. Next dip the chicken into the egg wash. Dredge the chicken breast in the bread crumbs. Heat cast iron skillet with olive oil on medium to high heat. Put breaded chicken in pan. Fry until nice and brown, at least one minute. Flip and repeat. Lift chicken and pour in tomato sauce. Put chicken back in and sprinkle cheese on top. Place pan in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
