Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - Chicken Breast Can use Rotisserie Chicken
  2. 1 whole - Medium size Sweet Onion
  3. 1 cups - Celery optional
  4. 2 cups - Chopped Carrots
  5. 1/4 cups - Chopped Parsly optional
  6. 1 bags - Remes Noodles Frozen section
  7. 1 cartons - Chicken Broth
  8. 5 - Bouillon Cubes
  9. 12 cups - Water
  10. 1 1/2 pounds - Chicken Breast Can use Rotisserie Chicken
  11. 1 whole - Medium size Sweet Onion
  12. 1 cups - Celery optional
  13. 2 cups - Chopped Carrots
  14. 1/4 cups - Chopped Parsly optional
  15. 1 bags - Remes Noodles Frozen section
  16. 1 cartons - Chicken Broth
  17. 5 - Bouillon Cubes
  18. 12 cups - Water

Directions:

In large stock pot add chicken broth, water, chopped onion, a pinch of salt and pepper and the chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer for one hour. Remove chicken. Add celery, carrots parsley and bouillon cubes. cut the chicken into bite size pieces and return to pot. Cook for 30 min then add Remes noodles. Cook for 30 min and salt and pepper to taste.
