Ingredients:
- 1/2 tablespoons - olive oil
- 3 whole - carrots peeled and chopped
- 3 ribs - celery chopped
- 1 whole - small onion chopped
- 1 whole - clove garlic peeled
- 12 cups - low sodium chicken stock
- 2 ounces - dried egg noodles
- 2 cups - shredded chicken
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add carrots, onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Add stock and cook low for 15 minutes. Add chicken and noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
