Chicken & Mushroom Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - butter
  2. 1/2 cups - chopped onions
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - basil
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - garlic powder
  5. 10 3/4 ounces - Cream of Mushroom Soup
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  7. 1 cups - cubed cooked chicken
  8. 2 cups - cooked rice
  9. - Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a 4 quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion with basil and garlic powder until tender, stirring often. Stir in soup and pepper; add chicken and rice. Reduce heat to low. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve with cheese.
