Chicken Muddle

Ingredients:

  1. 3 pounds - chicken boil with onion and de-bone
  2. 1 - onion large chop
  3. 1 1/2 cups - shredded cabbage shred
  4. 3 pounds - potatoes peel and chop
  5. 2 cans - canned diced tomatoes
  6. 1 bags - baby lima beans frozen
  7. 1 bags - frozen corn
  8. 1 tablespoons - salt divided

Directions:

Boil chicken with onions and 1 tsp of salt. Let cool and debone. Return meat to broth and add cabbage. Slow boil for about 20 minutes. Add potatoes and 1tsp salt. Slow boil about 30 minutes. (Always add more water as needed. Will not need much more.)Add cans of tomatoes and simmer about 1/2 hour. Add butterbeans and rest of salt. Cook for about 45 minutes. Add corn and cook about 10 minutes. Ad blak and cayenne pepper to taste. Enjoy!!!
