Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients:

  1. 9 - lasagna noodles cooked
  2. 1/4 cups - butter
  3. 3 cups - fresh mushrooms sliced
  4. 2 cloves - or 3 cloves of garlic minced
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 teaspoons - lemon juice
  7. 1/4 cups - flour
  8. 2 tablespoons - chicken bouillon
  9. 2 cups - milk
  10. 2 cups - chopped cooked chicken
  11. 1/2 cups - fresh chopped parsley
  12. 2 cups - Monterey Jack cheese grated
  13. 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese
  14. 2 cups - grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Melt butter, sauté mushrooms and remove from heat.

To butter, add garlic, salt, lemon juice, flour, bouillon and milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened (like white sauce).

Stir in chicken & parsley.

Layer with sauce, pasta & cheese two to three times. Cook at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes and serve.
