Ingredients:

  1. 3 - Chicken breast Boneless and skinless
  2. 1 - Bottle teriyaki sauce
  3. 3 tablespoons - Sesame oil
  4. 1 cups - Frozen peas/corn
  5. 1 - Onion Small
  6. 2 teaspoons - Minced garlic
  7. 2 - Eggs Slightly beaten
  8. 3 cups - Cooked rice
  9. 3 teaspoons - Soy sauce Gluten free
  10. 3 - Chicken breast Boneless and skinless
  11. 1 - Bottle teriyaki sauce
  12. 3 tablespoons - Sesame oil
  13. 1 cups - Frozen peas/corn
  14. 1 - Onion Small
  15. 2 teaspoons - Minced garlic
  16. 2 - Eggs Slightly beaten
  17. 3 cups - Cooked rice
  18. 3 teaspoons - Soy sauce Gluten free

Directions:

Marinate cubed chicken in teriyaki for 1 to 4 hours. Heat oil in large pan add chicken Pieces cook until done. Set aside chicken and add onion, carrot, peas and garlic. Cook until tender. Push mixture to side and add Cook until eggs are scrambled. Add rice and soy sauce and chicken. Stir until all is heated through. Enjoy!
