Chicken Fajita Salad

  1. 4 - Boneless Chicken Breasts
  2. 1 - Bell Pepper; cut in strips
  3. 1 - Onion; cut in strips
  4. 3 tablespoons - Lime Juice
  5. 1 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  6. - Chili Powder to taste
  7. - Salt & Pepper to taste
  8. 2 teaspoons - Olive Oil
  9. 4 - Low fat, Low Carb. Tortillas


Marinate chicken with lime juice, and season with chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Toss with Olive Oil.

Grill chicken until well browned, and tender. Transfer chicken to a plate when done. Cut into strips. Grill vegetables till tender. After vegetables are cooked, combine with chicken.
