Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilograms - ground chicken
- 1 - green onion cut finely
- - chopped parsley
- 1 - egg
- - salt and black pepper
- - cumin to taste
- 3 - or 4 tomatoes
- 2 - spoons tomato paste
- - paprika
- - a bit of oil
- - salt
- 1/2 cups - water
- 2 - spoons of matboha optional, recommended
Directions:
For the chicken cutlets, mix together the ground chicken, green onion, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and cumin. Make into small balls.
For the sauce, cook together the tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, salt, water and oil, along with matboha (if using).
When everything is boiling, add in the chicken cutlet balls and cook over low heat until cooked through.
