I often leave out the dried beef and cook this in a crockpot on low for 3 hours.

Ingredients:
- 8 - chicken breasts
- 8 slices - bacon
- 4 ounces - chipped dried beef
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Roll a slice of bacon around each portion of chicken breast. Fasten with toothpick. Line ungreased 9x13 ungreased baking dish with dried beef. Place breasts side by side in dish. Mix soup and sour cream and spoon over all. Bake, uncovered, at 250 for 3 hours.
