You can add chowmein noodles or rice noodles and have basmati rice too! (Ben, add as much soy sauce as you'd like!!)

Ingredients:
- 3 - Cooked boneless chicken breasts Use Pam to cook this up first
- 1/2 cups - Manischewitz Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoons - Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoons - Low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoons - Sugar
- 4 - Green onions Chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Spice World fresh Ginger Add more to taste, if you want
- 1 teaspoons - Spice World Minced Garlic Add more to taste, if you want
- 2 - Celery stalks Diced (Add more if you want)
- 1/2 - Red bell pepper Seeded and diced (Add more if you want)
- 1 bags - Bean sprouts Don't use canned!
- - Chow Mein noodles As much as you like
- - Basmati Rice As much as you like
Directions:
1. Whisk together the broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl until smooth; set aside.
2. Cook the chicken breasts pieces until thoroughly cooked. It's ok if it get brown on the outside.
3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat until a drop of water sizzles. Add a few sprays of PAM and then add the green onions, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry until the green onions are softened, about 2 minutes. Add the celery and red bell pepper; stir-fry until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until softened, about 1 minute. Add the chicken and the broth mixture; cook, stirring gently, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken, 1-2 minutes.
