Directions:

Pull the chicken off the cooked rotisserie chicken discarding the skill. Put aside.

Start by sautéing the onion with a little oil in a large heavy pot.

Add the chilies, garlic, tomatoes, chicken stock and the chili powder. Bring to boil and add the chicken.

Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Add the beans and corn. Simmer for 1 hour. Add more stock if it appears too dry.

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and hot sauce.
