Ingredients:
- 1/4 - avocado
- 2 ounces - cooked chicken
- 1 tablespoons - roasted red pepper slices
- 3 - mini mozzarella balls halved
- - salt and pepper
- 1/2 - whole grain pita round or 2 mini pita halves
Directions:
In a small bowl mash the avocado.
Stir in the chicken, red pepper slices, mozzarella and salt and pepper.
Stuff the mixture into 1/2 whole grain pita bread round or into 2 mini pita halves.
