Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 - avocado
  2. 2 ounces - cooked chicken
  3. 1 tablespoons - roasted red pepper slices
  4. 3 - mini mozzarella balls halved
  5. - salt and pepper
  6. 1/2 - whole grain pita round or 2 mini pita halves

Directions:

In a small bowl mash the avocado.

Stir in the chicken, red pepper slices, mozzarella and salt and pepper.

Stuff the mixture into 1/2 whole grain pita bread round or into 2 mini pita halves.
