Ingredients:

  1. 3 whole - chicken breasts
  2. 2 1/2 cups - frozen mixed vegetables
  3. 1 tablespoons - margarine
  4. 1 teaspoons - chili powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  6. 1/4 cups - soy sauce
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - salt and pepper
  8. 4 cups - cooked brown rice

Directions:

In large skillet, heat margarine til melted and hot. Add diced chicken and season with chili powder and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, 'til chicken is lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add frozen mixed vegetables, soy sauce, and salt and pepper; mix well and cook until vegetables are tender and cooked through. Serve over cooked brown rice.
