Chicken and Green Chile Tamale Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - cooked shredded chicken
  2. 15 ounces - can cream of corn
  3. 8 ounces - Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese shredded
  4. 1/2 cups - My Brother's House Salsa
  5. 4 ounces - can chopped green chiles OR 2 green chiles roasted, peeled, seeded, chopped

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream corn, shredded cheese, salsa, and green chiles.

Pour into a baking dish; bake at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Serve with chips, crackers, pitas or tortilla pieces.
