Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Chicken Brest
  2. 1 cans - Cream of Chicken
  3. 1 cans - Cream of Celery
  4. 1 teaspoons - Poultry seasoning
  5. 2 cups - Low sodium Chicken Broth
  6. 1/2 bulbs - large Onion
  7. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  8. 1 packages - Remes Dumplings or 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  9. 1 packages - Chicken Brest
  10. 1 cans - Cream of Chicken
  11. 1 cans - Cream of Celery
  12. 1 teaspoons - Poultry seasoning
  13. 2 cups - Low sodium Chicken Broth
  14. 1/2 bulbs - large Onion
  15. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  16. 1 packages - Remes Dumplings or 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Directions:

In large pan saute butter and onion till onion is translucent. Transfer to Crock pot. Add chicken. In medium bowl add both soups, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper. spread over chicken and add broth. cook for 4 hours. Remove chicken and chop up into small pieces and return to crock pot and stir. Add dumplings a few at a time while stirring to keep from sticking together. Cook for 1 hour and enjoy.
If using biscuits cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and add to top of crock pot after chicken is cut and returned, and cook for 1 hour.
