Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:

  1. 6 ounces - fettuccine or thin spaghetti
  2. 1 cups - fresh / frozen broccoli flowerets
  3. 2 tablespoons - margarine
  4. 1 pounds - boneless chicken cubes or strips
  5. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1/2 cups - milk
  7. 3/4 cups - parmesan cheese
  8. 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
  9. 1/2 cups - sour cream
  10. 1/4 teaspoons - salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook pasta; during last 10 minutes, add broccoli. Drain and set aside.

Brown chicken in margarine until done. Add soup, milk, cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add sauce to pasta / broccoli and serve.
