Chick-n-Rice Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 8 cups - water
  2. 1 1/2 cups - celery sliced
  3. 1 cups - carrots thinly sliced
  4. 4 cups - chicken cooked and cubed
  5. 1 packages - rice and vermicelli mix chicken flavored
  6. 4 teaspoons - chicken bouillon granules

Directions:

In a large saucepan, bring water, celery and carrots to a boil. Stir in the chicken, rice mix and bouillon. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.
