    You can use Strawberries or cherries in place of blueberries, any unsweetened plant milk is fine. 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter can be used in place of the almond flour. Delicious-though somewhat less healthy choices: Maple syrup to replace date syrup and banana to replace the berries.

  1. 1 1/2 cups - Almond milk Unsweetened
  2. 3 tablespoons - Cocoa powder
  3. 3 tablespoons - Almond flour
  4. 1/4 cups - Chia seeds
  5. 1 1/4 cups - Blueberries
  6. 1/3 cups - Date syrup


In high speed blender place ingredients in this order: almond milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds, blueberries, avocado, almond flour and date syrup. Stare blender at low speed and increase speed as ingredients are incorporated to high speed. Blend until everything is totally smooth. Transfer to either one large container or individual serving bowls. Pudding is ready to eat as is or will thicken if Chilled for 3 hrs or more before serving.
