Chia Seed Pudding

  1. 1 cups - vanilla or plain unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1 cups - plain non fat yogurt
  3. 2 tablespoons - Pure Maple Syrup or Honey
  4. 1/8 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/4 cups - chia seed
  6. 1 teaspoons - vanilla


Wisk all ingredients together in bowl. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Wisk again to distribute any seeds that settled. Refrigerate overnight. Can serve plain or with fresh fruit, almonds or granola on top. (1 serving with only fruit on top - 3 points on Weight Watchers)
