Number of Servings:

  1. 2 tablespoons - chia seeds
  2. 2 tablespoons - cocoa powder
  3. 3/4 cups - milk (I prefer almond, any kind will work)
  4. - dash of maple syrup
  5. - splash of vanilla
  6. - spoonful of peanut butter
  7. - pinch of salt
  8. - optional toppings: berries, granola, extra peanut butter

In a blender, mix the chia seeds, cocoa powder, milk maple syrup, vanilla and peanut butter along with salt. Blend on high until smooth.

I generally stop it half way, push down anything that is on the sides and then blend it again.

Then, put the chia pudding in a jar / container and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning it will be thick like pudding and ready to add toppings of choice.

I like to add berries, granola and maybe some extra peanut butter.
