Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons - chia seeds
  2. 1 cups - almond milk
  3. 1/2 tablespoons - maple syrup
  4. - a little vanilla extract
  5. - lemon zest (optional)
  6. - fresh fruit
  7. 3 tablespoons - chia seeds
  8. 1 cups - almond milk
  9. 1/2 tablespoons - maple syrup
  10. - a little vanilla extract
  11. - lemon zest (optional)
  12. - fresh fruit

Directions:

Mix together chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and lemon zest. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, the seeds will have a coating, and the pudding will look slimy and gray. (It tastes great, though! And it's loaded with protein!)

Eat with fresh fruit.
