Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons - chia seeds
- 1 cups - almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoons - maple syrup
- - a little vanilla extract
- - lemon zest (optional)
- - fresh fruit

- - fresh fruit
Directions:
Mix together chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and lemon zest. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, the seeds will have a coating, and the pudding will look slimy and gray. (It tastes great, though! And it's loaded with protein!)
Eat with fresh fruit.
