Ingredients:

  1. 2 whole - Eggs separate the egg whites and yolks
  2. 125 grams - Melted butter
  3. 125 grams - Sugar
  4. 100 whole - Almonds Shredded
  5. 150 grams - Chestnut puree

Directions:

- separate the egg whites and yolks
- beat the sugar with the yolks, add the melted butter, the shredded almond and the chestnut puree.
- mix all the ingredients well
- delicately add the whipped eggs whites
- pour the batter into the muffin tin or form
- bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
