Serve on lettuce in in a mold. Garnish with apple slices dipped in lemon juice & celery leaves if desired.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Boiling Water
- 1 - 6 oz. package Cherry Flavor Gelatin
- 1 cups - Cold Water
- 1/4 cups - Bottled Lemon Juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 cups - Apples peeled & chopped
- 1 cups - Celery chopped
- 1/2 cups - Walnuts or Pecans Chopped
Directions:
Add gelatin to boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Add cold water & lemon juice.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in apples, celery, nuts.
Pour into lightly oiled 6 Cup mold or 9 inch square baking dish.
Chill until set or 4-6 hours overnight.
