Ingredients:
- 1 boxes - cheery supreme cake mix
- 1 boxes - cherry jello mix
- 1 cups - apricot nectar
- 1/2 teaspoons - almond extract
- 1 1/4 cups - wesson oil
- 1 1/2 cups - flour
- 6 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1 cups - sugar
- - red food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups - powdered sugar
- 1 bottles - candied cherries
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, then add nectar, oil, food coloring, and almond extract. Mix in dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Chop up cherries and add to powdered sugar with juice, and pour over cake.
