Chef Pat's Pasta with Lemon Oil Dressing

  1. - Your favorite pasta
  2. 1/4 cups - Lemon flavored olive oil
  3. - Salt to taste
  4. - Pepper to taste
  5. 1/4 cups - Fresh Basil julienned
  6. 1/2 cups - Parmigiano Reggiano shaved


Cook your favorite pasta al dente.

Heat a medium saute pan over medium high heat. Add the lemon oil. Once the lemon oil is heated through, add the cooked pasta. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh basil and Parmigiano Reggiano.
