Cheesy Risotto

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - scallions diced
  2. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  3. 2/3 cups - arborio rice
  4. 2 cups - water
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - instant chicken bouillon granules
  6. 1/2 cups - Romano cheese grated

Directions:

Saute the scallions in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add arborio rice and cook 2 minutes longer. Add water and chicken bouillon; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, then stir in Romano cheese.
