Cheesy Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  2. 2 cups - milk
  3. 1 1/2 cups - water (or more)
  4. 1/2 pounds - Velveeta cheese
  5. 3 cups - diced potatoes
  6. 1 teaspoons - parsley
  7. 3/4 cups - diced carrots
  8. 1 tablespoons - minced onion
  9. 3/4 cups - diced celery
  10. - salt and pepper

Directions:

Add dry ingredients into a saucepan and cook until tender. Add milk and soup. Heat. Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.
