Ingredients:
- 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups - milk
- 1 1/2 cups - water (or more)
- 1/2 pounds - Velveeta cheese
- 3 cups - diced potatoes
- 1 teaspoons - parsley
- 3/4 cups - diced carrots
- 1 tablespoons - minced onion
- 3/4 cups - diced celery
- - salt and pepper
Directions:
Add dry ingredients into a saucepan and cook until tender. Add milk and soup. Heat. Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.
