Cheesy Hash-Brown Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - butter
  2. 1 - onion chopped
  3. 1 containers - sour cream 16 oz.
  4. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz.
  5. 1 cups - shredded cheese
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  7. 1 packages - frozen shredded hash brown potatoes thawed, 30 oz.
  8. 1 teaspoons - salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - ground black pepper

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 350.

• Cook butter and onion, until soft.

• In a large bowl combine onions and remaining ingredients.

• Pour into a prepared baking dish.

• Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
