Cheesy Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - low- fat cream cheese 8 oz.
  2. 3 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  3. 1 cans - white and yellow corn undrained
  4. 1 cans - black beans drained and rinsed
  5. 2 cans - tomatoes with chiles undrained
  6. 1 packages - ranch dressing dry mix
  7. 1 tablespoons - onion powder
  8. 1 tablespoons - garlic powder
  9. - Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients except chicken and cream cheese in Crockpot.

Stir to mix ingredients.

Place chicken breasts on top.

Place cream cheese brick on top of chicken.

Cover Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Remove chicken and shred with fork.

Return to Crockpot and stir to mix cheese, chicken and everything else together.

Serve with warm, crusty bread.
