Cheesy Bow Tie Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages - Frozen Spinach and Artichoke Cheese Dip 8 oz. Each
  2. 3 cups - Bow Tie Pasta Uncooked
  3. 3 cups - Rotisserie Chicken Cubed
  4. 1 cups - Roasted Sweet Red Peppers Chopped
  5. 1/3 cups - Pitted Greek Olives Halved
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper

Directions:

1. Heat the sip according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook the pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving a half cup of the pasta water. Return to pan.
2. Stir in chicken, dip, peppers, olives, salt and pepper, adding enough reserved pasta water to reach a creamy consistency; heat through.
