Cheesy Artichoke Cups

Ingredients:

  1. 24 - small wonton wrappers approximate 3-inch squares
  2. 2 jars - 6.25 oz. marinated artichoke hearts drained, chopped
  3. 1/4 cups - chopped red bell pepper
  4. 1/3 cups - sliced ripe pitted olives
  5. 1/4 cups - freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1 cloves - garlic pressed or minced
  7. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Press wonton wrappers into mini-muffin pan using a tart shaper or just your fingers.

Combine chopped vegetables, olives, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.

Fill prepared muffin cups with artichoke mixture using a small scoop. Bake 12-14 minutes. Let cool in pan for 2 minutes. Carefully remove and serve warm.
