Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cups - graham cracker crumbs
  2. 1 tablespoons - sugar
  3. 1 tablespoons - butter melted
  4. 250 grams - cream cheese softened
  5. 1/4 cups - sugar
  6. 2 teaspoons - lemon juice
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla
  8. 1 - egg
  9. 1/3 cups - graham cracker crumbs
  10. 1 tablespoons - sugar
  11. 1 tablespoons - butter melted
  12. 250 grams - cream cheese softened
  13. 1/4 cups - sugar
  14. 2 teaspoons - lemon juice
  15. 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla
  16. 1 - egg

Directions:

1. Line 6-8 muffin tins with base crumb mixture. Bake 5 minutes at 325°.
2. Fill the tins with cheese mixtures. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
