- 1/3 cups - graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoons - sugar
- 1 tablespoons - butter melted
- 250 grams - cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cups - sugar
- 2 teaspoons - lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cups - graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
1. Line 6-8 muffin tins with base crumb mixture. Bake 5 minutes at 325°.
2. Fill the tins with cheese mixtures. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
