Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Ground beef Cooked
- 1 1/2 whole - Sweet onion Chopped, Grilled
- 1 1/2 whole - Green pepper Chopped, Grilled
- 1 1/4 teaspoons - Salt, Black pepper I don’t add salt
- 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 2 whole - Loaves French bread Slice off top, pull out middle and add to meat mixture.
- 1 cans - Campbell’s cream of cheddar soup
- 2 cups - Cheddar cheese Shredded
Directions:
Loaf/loaves of bread
1 lb ground beef
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Salt
Pepper
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Green pepper, chopped
Onion, chopped
Slice off top of bread
Pull out bread from center to make a shell
Cook meat, peppers and onions
Add Worcestershire sauce
Add cheese and soup
Add pulled out bread
Stir mixture well
Add mixture to shell, then place sliced off bread over top
Wrap in foil
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
